At Bower & Bloom, we take pride in delivering fresh, beautiful blooms and thoughtful gifts throughout Brisbane and surrounding areas. Our team strives to ensure your orders arrive in perfect condition and on time.

Delivery Hours
We deliver Monday to Saturday, with same-day delivery available for orders placed on weekdays before 12 PM and 10 AM on Saturdays.

Deliveries occur between 12 PM and 5 PM for workplace deliveries and 12 PM and 6 PM for home deliveries.

For specific delivery times or special requests, please contact us directly, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

Delivery Areas
We service most Brisbane suburbs. If your delivery is outside our standard areas, please reach out to confirm availability and delivery costs.

Important Information
It is the responsibility of the customer to provide full and accurate delivery details. If an incorrect address is supplied, a re-delivery fee may apply. We recommend double-checking all information for a timely and smooth delivery, including checking the property is accessible.

Address Unattended
If no one is home, we will attempt to contact the sender. 

If the sender is unable to be contacted, we will attempt to contact the recipient to discuss arrangements.

If we are unable to contact either the sender or the recipient we will leave the order in a safe, shaded spot or as per instructions. If no safe spot is available, or weather conditions prevent us from leaving the order, the order will be returned to the shop.

In the event flowers are returned to the shop, they can be picked up at a suitable time or another delivery fee will apply if re-delivery is requested.

Delivery of Alcohol

It is against the law for alcohol to be purchased by or delivered to anyone under the age of 18 in Australia. The sender is responsible for ensuring their order complies with this legal requirement, and Bower & Bloom cannot accept liability in this regard. Alcohol will only be sold as an accompaniment to other items, such as fresh flowers, and will not be sold individually, in accordance with liquor licensing regulations.
