RETURNS

Perishable Products: Due to the perishable nature of our items, all sales are final. However, your satisfaction is our priority, and we’re committed to working with you to address any concerns if something doesn’t meet your expectations.

24-Hour Policy: If you’re not completely satisfied, please reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving your product so we can promptly resolve any issues.

Photo Requirement: To help us better understand the issue and provide the best possible assistance, we kindly ask for photos of the product received.

REFUNDS & STORE CREDIT

Quality Concerns: If the quality of our flowers falls short of our standards, we will firstly offer you a store credit, giving you the flexibility to choose something you’ll truly love. This reflects our commitment to not only meet but exceed expectations, ensuring your satisfaction while complying with Australian Consumer Protection legislation.

Store Credit and Refund Options: Should you prefer, after our assessment, we can also process a refund. If you opt for a refund, we will handle it using the original payment method. Please note the exception: we do not offer refunds or store credit based on personal taste or preference.
